Part-Time / Full time Montessori Teacher Wanted
Location: Earlsfield, London
Position Type: Part-Time or Full time
Salary: from £15 per hour
Are you passionate about child-led learning and the Montessori philosophy? We're looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our warm and vibrant community. Working a minimum of 3 days up to full time. The nursery are also open to either term time or all year round working either 4 or 8 hours per day.

The setting provide a nurturing, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to grow into independent, confident, and compassionate individuals. Our Montessori classrooms support curiosity, hands-on exploration, and respectful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide children in accordance with Montessori principles and practices
- Create and maintain a prepared, orderly, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and assess children’s development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff
- Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child
Requirements:
- Montessori certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent)
- Prior experience working in a Montessori setting preferred
- Warm, patient, and respectful approach to working with children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm / 9am to 1pm or 9am to 5pm
